Dr. Jobi Lawrence
Dr. Jobi Lawrence is a leader in education with over 30 years of experience supporting English learners and at-risk students. She is the Director of Product Development and Strategic Partnerships at UCLA CRESST supporting ELPA21. She has also served as the Director of Title III and Education Program Consultant for the Iowa Department of Education.
